When i do a shutdown -i0 -g0 -y , the print out ( type out ) "svc.startd: The system is down" does not show up in/on the console window.

I have several machine and it does show up on some, but not on some others.
I know that this print out is coming from the binary svc.startd itself ( using strings cmd show this ). So I'm assuming that i have a smf that is not terminating. But, for the life of me I can not figure out which one.

Any help ...
